John Maddock and Sons Ivoryware with Montana pattern.
c.1945-55
Front of plate is off white with gilded edging. The decoration around the rim is three sets of pink and white flowers with greenery interspersed with smaller florets of flowers.
Underside shows printed makers mark "IVORYWARE / crown symbol / JOHN MADDOCK & SONS / MADE IN ENGLAND" Ivory ware is a trademark of Woods and Sons
Earthenware manufacturers at Newcastle Street, Dale Hall, Burslem in Stoke-on-Trent. Established by J Maddock in 1839 who included his sons in the business in 1870.
