About cumulus fractus

I am an op shop browser and grazer. I never know what I am looking for when I walk into an op shop, I just know it when I see it. Something speaks to me, and I must take it with me. It could be a teapot or a ramekin or a shell or a brooch or a woven plastic string holder or a metronome...maybe I have other things it will fit with and maybe not. It doesn't matter.

I probably collect more music than anything else. Sometimes I just buy rekeds for their covers. I also buy rekeds because the promise of finding a fizzy, frivolous wurlitzer gem makes my head spin!

I sometimes think I am gathering together disparate bits of other people's lives, but perhaps someone has to, so it might as well be me.

And I've just logged in after a long absence, and there's a comment! Thanks to you and I too can pick yrs, who else is taking b&w's of seed pods and old record covers, excellent collection so far, but I know there's soooo much more.
